Founding-pilot policy

What we collect
When you request a territory scan, we collect the name, work email, company, and service-territory details you submit. Basic technical request data may also be processed to keep the form reliable and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate your requested territory, prepare a sample opportunity scan, email you about that request, improve matching, and operate the service. Submitting the form does not start a paid subscription.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell pilot-request information. We may use infrastructure and service providers to host data or deliver the service, subject to their safeguards. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the pilot, business records, security, or legal duties.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete your pilot information by replying to any BidTerrain message you receive. You can also decline the pilot or any future paid service at any time.
Public-source data
Opportunity previews are built from public USAC records. Official USAC postings and applicant documents remain the controlling sources. This policy covers information submitted directly to BidTerrain, not third-party sites linked from the service.
