Founding-pilot terms

Terms

Effective August 8, 2026

The pilot

A territory-scan request asks BidTerrain to evaluate whether a pilot may be useful. It does not guarantee acceptance, create exclusivity, authorize bid submission, or start billing. Any paid subscription requires a separate, explicit written agreement completed by email.

Independent research service

BidTerrain is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FCC or USAC. It organizes public information as a research aid. It does not provide legal, procurement, funding, eligibility, or compliance advice.

Verify before acting

Official USAC postings and applicant documents are the controlling sources. Matches, scores, summaries, dates, and extracted details may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You are responsible for checking every requirement, deadline, eligible-service rule, and applicable federal, state, Tribal, and local obligation before acting.

No outcome guarantee

Fit scores describe apparent territory and service alignment, not win probability. BidTerrain does not guarantee eligibility, funding, awards, response rates, revenue, or any business outcome. Providers remain responsible for their own 498 ID or SPIN and bid decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate procurement rules, interfere with fair and open bidding, access systems without permission, or submit false or misleading information. BidTerrain does not submit bids or contact applicants automatically.

Changes

The founding pilot and these terms may change as the service develops. Material terms for any paid plan will be presented before purchase. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
