Open USAC RHC opportunities in Texas

A record appears when its public filing location is in Texas or its normalized participating-state list includes Texas. When the filing location is in another state, the card identifies that consortium context instead of relabeling the filing location.

This filter is useful for discovery, but it does not prove that every endpoint is in Texas or inside your network. Verify the complete site and circuit list in the official documents.
